The house is in a great safe location near Tracy’s historic downtown. The neighbors are nice. It is walking distance from schools, places to eat and shops. The house is 2 bedroom 1 bath at 800 sq ft. It has a large fenced in outdoor patio with room to do a lot with, (storage/outdoor area). Great spot to hangout. It has 1 covered parking spot that will be yours and parking spots on the street for your guests. Currently the house is complete furnished however you can furnish your room and other parts of the house if you want. (I’ll put my stuff in storage). There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room and a full kitchen next to it.

I am a 23 year old professional working in Logistics. I work for Ryder, and my client is PepsiCo (meaning I get free drinks for the house). I played tennis in college and enjoy the outdoors. I also enjoy going out when things are open on weekends. I’m pretty clean and easy going, and I get along well with others. I moved here for work, and am originally from South Carolina.
