It’s a spacious 2 bed 2 bath town-home with 3 floors. I need to find a female roommate that shares the house with me and my cat. You can feel free to share: garage storage, drive way parking, full equipped kitchen, furnished dinning room, full size washer and dryer in house and the living room. You will have your own bedroom full of sunshine, a big closet and a private bathroom attached. I have a queen-size wooden sofa bed that you only need to buy a mattress for it.

The house belongs to Avalon Russet residential community so you can use the swimming pool and gym for free. No problem with guest parking. The staffs here are the best! Neighbors are polite. 3 mins drive to Walmart, FedEx, UPS and the Annapolis Junction commercials plaza with Target, many restaurants, Starbucks, fast-foods, Etc. Russet is a safe and luxury residential area in North Laurel.

Internet and Utilities: share 50-50

I’m a fulltime employee so pretty much I’m not at home in the daytime during weekdays.

Only requirement: PLEASE DO NOT wear outside shoes in the house as the floor is 100% carpet and I’m a very clean person.

My cat is a domestic shorthair boy and he is very sweet.
