My roommate is moving to LA to be closer to her workplace.
Loft area is available for rent. The apt is located in Newbury Park right near Ralphs with beautiful forestry and landscape throughout the apt. There’s a pool and it’s in a safe, well-lit area.
Apt has A/C, it’s very clean and comfortable. Has a dishwasher and stove top and oven. Laundry is onsite but outside apts.
About the roomies
