Austin's room

I am renting two rooms in this newly upgraded 3 bedroom/3 bath condo. My area is downstairs and the rooms for rent are upstairs. One room is larger with two windows, ceiling fan, private bath, walk-in closet and key pad entry. Second room is a little smaller with one window and big closet (not walk-in) and key pad entry with bathroom in hallway. Both rooms have access to large common area that has been nicely furnished and decorated and includes ROKU 4K TV hanging on the wall and small deck overlooking the courtyard. The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave and ice maker. And to make your budgeting easy, room includes water, internet, electricity and trash - how is that for nice! There is also an option to rent a space in the garage with electric opener for an additional $50/month. I am currently the only one living in the home. I am pretty quiet and would welcome a roommate in the house.
