Southwest Depot Avenue

The complex is located just a half mile east of the University of Florida campus allowing for a 10 minute walk to classes. There is a convenient bus station right downstairs that is able to take you further into campus. The apartment is central to downtown Gainesville, the UF campus, restaurants and shops, and several parks and trails within a 10 minute bike or drive.

The apartment is on the 4th floor (elevator in complex) has a furnished kitchen, dining and living rooms, and a small balcony. Cable is provided, but no TV’s are available. The rooms (2) each have a bed (without linens), a small nightstand cabinet, and closet with a full en-suite bathroom. Utilities are not included in the rent and will be collected monthly. No smoking is allowed, and the complex has two decal parking spots downstairs, covered and open.

I am a Mechanical Engineering sophomore at the University of Florida so I’ll likely be busy with coursework and activities depending on availability. My roomate Daniel, has also renewed for this next year, He is a Linguistics senior. We’re both male, laid back, keep mainly to ourselves, and love to cook.
