The room is freshly painted with laminate flooring. Remodeled bathroom shared with one other person. house cleaner every other week included. Kitchen access, street parking. House does have a room with a Foosball table, air hockey and driving simulator setup.
4 bedroom, 2 bath house.

About the roomies
Divorced early 40s, I spend most of my time doing car things, working on my projects and autocrossing. My 12 year old son lives in the other room, every other week, he is into normal things, soccer, skateboards, bikes, video games and other sports. Currently learning tennis. The roommate, is a guy in his mid 20s, he is a transporter, gone for days to weeks at a time depending on job. He usually stays in his room playing video games.
We do have a 65 lbs friendly dog
