Hello! my names Lawrence and I have a room available for rent starting June 1st in Ocean Beach. Its a 2bd, 1.5bath 2nd story with a private balcony/patio very very close to the beach. My current roommate has finally hit the big time and is about to graduate from state at the end of May and I am looking for someone to take over his room.

About me, i’m 27 and from Santa Cruz, CA. Very laid back, and easygoing. I’m really active and love being outside. I’ve always lived by the ocean and don’t want that to change. Currently pursuing my passion of analytical mathematics and finance as a trader in the stock market. My degree is in Economics with an emphasis on Behavioral Science.

According to google maps I am .1 miles away from the beach and/or a 2min. walk. Everyday is a beach day, its really great. I have a yorkie-poo named Eve, she is amazing. Loves everything and everybody. She lives to fetch. Potty trained and has a few tricks locked down.

Pros: For $750 you get a room with a window towards the ocean, a decent sized closet, and your own .5 bathroom. We share the full bathroom’s shower. Water/trash paid for. Tandem Parking. We split electricity and internet. Garbage disposal in the kitchen and laundry on site. There is a nice private patio/balcony as well with access to the roof for those really good sunset days.

Cons: Its loud out here..its the beach. People love to cruise their motorcycles, people are on their vacation, and there will be airplanes because we live under a fly zone. That’s pretty much it..

I’m looking for someone around my age who is financially sound and isn’t a shut in. Honestly, early in my college days I loved throwing parties (different house) and just having a good time. So I am 420 friendly, alcohol approved. BUT! now I am focused, driven, and passionate about making it in the real world so that has all taken a back seat in my priorities.

I really would like to meet in person and show you the apartment before anything to see if it would work out. Hoping to hear from my future roomie!
