Volonne Drive

Single family home in beautifully landscaped gated Retirement Community. 2500 sq ft 3 bedroom home with large closets. There are two bedrooms available, one furnished, one unfinished. Currently only planning on renting one room, but either is available. Private bathroom, and full access to large kitchen, dinning room, living room, and laundry room. Utilities are included. Cat and dog friendly and there is a dog park directly behind the house.

The retirement community has an activities center with gym, pool, meeting rooms and Bistro. Activity center is currently closed because of COVID-19 but should reopen soon. You can order meals from the lodge for a modest cost ($7 for lunch, $12 for dinner). There are services available such as rides to the activity center, local grocery stores, and doctor visits. This is a quiet safe community, 55+ or older preferred.

The move in date is September 1st 2020 but I am flexible if you want to move in sooner.

I am 64, a widower, retired, and partially disabled. I have a service dog, a golden retriever/yellow lab mix from CCI. He is very friendly and loves other dogs and cats.
