Northwest 242nd Street

This house belongs to my family, and is in a quiet area. It is a 4-bedroom and 2-bathroom home, with kitchen, dining room, living room, and a sun room. There is also a washer and dryer in the house. Parking is by the street and lots of big trees. There is one room available to rent; it is approximately 11’ X 12’ with an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom comes furnished with a queen bed, chest of drawers and dresser. There is a side entrance to the house right outside the bedroom.
Utilities are extra. We have a couple of streaming services programed into the TV in the living room. No smoking or vaping in the house. Limited use of alcohol is OK (if you are old enough). The house is about 30 miles to UF and 20 miles to Santa Fe College. You will need to have your own vehicle, as there is no public transportation. There will be a 70+ pound dog living on property and several fish tanks but no other animals will be allowed.

My name is Hannah, I just graduated from UF & I now work full-time. The house belongs to my family, and the rent and utilities will all be paid through me. My best friend Lauren is the other roommate. She attends UF and also works part-time. The third roommate is a friend of ours. We can be a little messy and the dog leaves his toys lying around.
