You will have your own room and bathroom. A nice, older, comfortable space with open access to the kitchen. Large backyard. Located in Downtown Tracy close to shopping, freeways, and nightlife. I am rarely home, so essentially, you’d have the entire house to yourself the majority of the time.

I am a professional female in my late 20’s who recently purchased a home in downtown Tracy. I am extremely friendly, warm, goal oriented, and communicative. I recently finished my MSW and plan to pursue PhD programs within the year. ENFJ personality type. I will not be spending much time at the house, so most days you’ll have the space to yourself. I am extremely communicative and easy to approach, though when I am around and will likely be doing non disruptive and small upgrades on the house throughout the next year.
