South Olathe Way

We are April (32) and Cady(29) and we’re looking for a FEMALE, around the same age, to occupy the extra bedroom in our house come April 1st. The room is a good size and would be one of the two rooms upstairs. It is $730.00 with Utilities and Internet included and you would be sharing a bathroom with me, Cady. The room IS NOT furnished and will be empty upon move-in. There is plenty of off street parking. April has a 11 year old son that is there half of the month, he’s a hoot! We are a dog house, if you do not like dogs this IS NOT the house for you, we have 2 of them; Delilah and Dexter.They are VERY FRIENDLY and thoroughly enjoy meeting new people, they will probably force themselves on you and make you love them. Unfortunately, we do not want anymore animals in the house. We MAY make an exception for the right candidate. There is a big backyard that we are in the process of making nice, we like to enjoy our fire-pit and grill.

April and I are great friends, we keep the household running smoothly by communicating and working together. We love to cook and cook for others, we clean up after ourselves and keep a clean house. We split the cost evenly of ALL household items (dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) We do not believe in labeling food so we split the cost of that as well and everyone is welcome to everything in the kitchen! Of course if you want certain things to yourself, we will not touch it. We would like to find a like-minded person to share our house with, where it doesn’t feel like a roommate situation.
