I’m a grad student at UC (CCM) looking for some roommates! You’ll get your own room that you must furnish but I’ve got just about everything else you’ll need. All bedrooms have brand new carpet, bathrooms were just renovated, and the communal living spaces all have brand new flooring. It’s a gorgeous house.

Ample parking, very close to grocery stores, beautiful and newly-renovated/updated house, and very centrally located (Ferndale and Vine). Not the suburbs but not quite urban. Pets/animals are not permitted, and neither is use of controlled substances (vaping, etc.).

A commitment to cleanliness and respect for roommates is expected. Persons looking for friends and community, and not just roommates, are especially invited to apply!

You have two options for rent. You can either pay a flat $700/month (all included) or $600/month + your share of utilities.

To apply, respond to this post with current/expected income, vocation, current address, contact information, and desired move-in date. A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required in addition to the first month’s payment
