Located halfway between Triangle Park and Downtown Ashland in a friendly residential area. Apartment is a lower level of a house with access to laundry on site. There is a wonderful common area with a comfortable futon, table and television with Roku. Your room is fully furnished with a queen-sized bed. Also, parking is available and a nice patio and garden view with a lawn.

I am 20 years old and an incoming sophomore at SOU. Not one to throw parties, but I do like to socialize and also value my alone time.
