Brielle's room

My roommate and I are looking for a 3rd roommate to take over our master bedroom. Lease just started on August 1st and will end July 31st, 2021. You would need to move in by August 30th. When you move in you will be signed on to the lease. Rent is going to be either 1,300 or 1,500 (we need to sort out things on the lease in regards to master bedroom rent) so expect it to be either price. The master has a private bathroom and walk-in closet. You will be living with 2 other roommates, both 20 years old. We ideally would like a roommate our age. We go to SMC, and our apartment is a 2-minute walk from campus. We have a kitchen with a fridge and stove (sorry no dishwasher). Also down to consider 2 people moving in and sharing the room! (you would split rent).

We are super friendly and fun girls, hoping for a roommate who we can also be best friends with. We are 20 years old and both SMC students. I’m a fashion major and my roommate is a music major.
