Tori's room

This apartment is located off of Centeral Ave. in Jersey City. There are many forms are transportation in the area: the bus ride in Port Authortity is about 20 minutes; it is a 30 minute walk into Downtown Hoboken; a 20 minute walk to Downtown Jersey City; and 5 minute walk to the Light Rail. Parking is very reasonable in this area, most times parking is available on the street or if not on the blocks surrounding. In the neighborhood there are restaurants, coffee shops and stores including the grocery store which is 3 blocks away. There is a small park located at the end of the street that offers workout classes as well as a running trail and playground for kids. The last two photos picture the bedroom for rent, it 6X10 feet. There is a very large window and a back door in this room; you can comfortably fit a full bed, desk and dresser. The apartment includes a backyard, a shared washer and dryer with the up-stairs neighbors, and dishwasher. The landlord is very helpful, it there are any issues she has been quick to fix these. The common spaces of the apartment are furnished- only bedroom furniture is needed.

The roommates are 2 young professional women who are hoping to find someone who is responsible, enjoys nights in with wine and movies, but also enjoys a night out! Students are welcome!
