About the room
One of the closest houses possible to SDSU. Front and large back porches with couches and plenty of room in the backyard for activities. Hardwood floors, closet in room, ceiling fan and bathroom shared with only one other person. All roommates are college aged (25 and under) and are SO much fun. Offstreet parking. I am travelling to SE Asia in the beginning of May and will not be coming back to this house meaning that whoever rents this from me will be able to secure themselves a spot in one of the most prime areas around San Diego State close to everything.
