Apartment details: This is a two bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom. Apartment is kept clean and has hardwood floors in bedroom. Located near Columbus Circle Subway Station. It is a huge room and has a closet, large window, hardwood floors, and heater. Currently has a full bed, futon, dresser, and large desk all in room and easily could fit a queen sized bed. Neighborhood: There are many restaurants, cafes, laundromats, groceries, bagels, everything you would need nearby! 3 blocks from Columbus Circle with access to the A,B,C,D and 1 train. So, you have easy access to almost every train line! 

About Me (23 male) - Have lived here for half a year now, and studying Computer Science at CUNY while working in Real Estate. Original roommate is leaving and need a male/female to take the spare room. I like to keep the place tidy, and have the occasional guests over. Guests are fine as long as its not taking up the common space, being mindful of COVID-19.
