Hey! I have one bedroom available for rent in North Park Hill for $825. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, gorgeous hardwood floors throughout, lots of storage and an updated bathroom. All the common areas are furnished with what you see in the photos. The bedroom is not furnished. The other two bedrooms are being rented to two guys. One moved in 3 years ago from Breckenridge and is a science teacher. He likes the outdoors and water sports. The other guy is a merchandiser with Coors. He also loves the outdoors. They are both very friendly and easy going.

There is a very large backyard with a fireplace grill and covered seating area. It has a large two car garage with plenty of space to store skis, bikes and other fun stuff.

No pets please.

It is 2 miles from 2 lightrail stations to take you downtown or to the airport. 10 min drive to downtown and a big bike lane on MLK if you want to bike. Just 3 minutes from the 29th Avenue Town Center that has a bunch of restaurants and bars plus an amphitheater that they have concerts in during the summer. 4 minutes from King Soopers, Sam’s Club, Home Depot and Walmart. 2 blocks from the nearest park but there are tons of parks nearby. 5 min to City Park. There are two breweries a mile away, Long Table and Station 26.

The house is a duplex and there is another separate unit downstairs. The downstairs unit has three bedrooms, all carpeted, kitchen, updated bathroom with rain shower and its own separate entrance. There are other tenants down there. Utilities are split between upstairs and downstairs as well as the fast 1 gig fiber internet. They generally run between $50-$70.
