About the room
I’m moving and looking for someone to take over my Room. Available May 1st. It’s one large bedroom in a two bed two bath apartment, you will have your own bathroom. I have a roommate who will be staying. He’s a GWM professional in his 40’s and super nice. It’s a great building with rooftop pool and a tennis court. It also has a nice lounge/grill area on the 2nd floor and a gym on the 1st floor. The building staff are some of the best in the city. Rent is $825.00/month plus half electric and cable/ internet. I usually pay about $900.00 total. heat and air are provided by the building and if you need parking the Garage has Valet parking for $191.00 a month. It’s close to the tons of public transit, the 146 express is just half a block away. The bedroom will be unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is fully furnished.
