TO MOVE IN: $3250 (Rent $1550, plus 1 month security $1550 + Stuytown application fee $150) Total: NOTE: There is application fee ($150) upon request by management to be registered as additional occupant as per their policy.

CLEANING: Please allocate approx. $50/person for cleaning monthly or as needed, we have a cleaner that comes.

LIVING SPACE: The apartment is called a 2 bed flex. The flex room will be yours and is a private room with an actual wall dividing the living area. The room is very sunny with big windows and brightens up with natural light & with a white decor. A/C installed in room as well. Room fits my queen bed, large open shelf closet, and a desk.

Shared Kitchen, Bathroom, Living Room .

ROOMMATES: You will have two female roommates, one is a nurse and the other one a sales director.

BUILDING/NEIGHBORHOOD: Located in Stuytown, an elevator Building in East Village (E14th St.) and tenant card only entry. Laundry room is on the ground floor of the building. Building has storage and bike storage. Very close to Target and Trader Joes. Conveniently located close to shops, deli, bars, and restaurants in East Village. 7 mins to L train station (Ave A). M14 Bus station crosstown to Chelsea is directly in front of bldg.

AMENITIES: Living in Stuytown comes with amenities. The community has a Big Oval Park which is like an oasis in the middle of the city, Cafe, Tennis and Basketball courts, library with wifi, weekend market by the oval. 14th St. Gym is literally downstairs of our building. Children and pet friendly community.

Tenant rules apply as per Stuytown Properties. We will have to add you as additional occupant once you decide to move in.
