I’m looking for a roommate to rent an unfurnished bedroom with private bathroom (suite) in my unit and move in no later than the first week of September. It is located at a gated community (Tuscany at Lindbergh), but it’s a non-renovated unit so it is older. 1st floor with patio, washer/dryer in unit, valet trash included, covered parking deck with pool, gym and clubhouse and smart package system for mail. Utilities are not included and are: water, electricity and WiFi. I can provide video of the home at your request. Walking distance to Lindbergh Station, Kroger, Target, Home Depot, Best Buy, Fedex, USPS and UPS, gas stations, restaurants. 0.2 miles from 85 and 0.5 miles from 400. I’ve lived here for years. The location is the main reason I stay here. You’ll need to join the lease.
