About the room
Rent is $515 but there is a special for $485 plus a $500 gift card if you sign before the 15th. The 2 rooms we have available are semi-furnished. Both rooms have their own private bathroom with shower and bath tub.
About the roomies
hey we are Helios and Judith. We are both seniors and Theatre majors. I would say we’re both pretty chill and introverted. We both spend most of our time at school or at home. Overall, we are both nice people and we are super accepting and inclusive too. LGBT peeps are welcome! Also, I know it says only cats are welcome but if you have a small dog that’s totally okay too.
