About the room
Looking for a Business professional type individual that works primarily OUTSIDE the home to rent a room in a resort style home/community! Someone very clean/tidy etc. No pets, children, couples, major daily cooking. No overnight guests unless discussed ahead of time. Thank you! Also best suited for someone healthy as its on the third floor. Water/gas/electric around 50/month. The room is partially furnished. Ideally you’d bring your own queen size mattress, I have the queen size boxspring but would like to take the mattress out of the room. Thanks!

39 yr old doctor & a 48 yr old engineer rents a room for sleeping. The home is quiet. It’s the master bedroom available for short term rental. Thx.
