Great apartment on the border of Five Points and RINO! Around the corner from Rosenbergs. The neighborhood is beautiful and close to a million eateries and bars/breweries. Light rail just a couple blocks away. Slowly being furnished except your room! (Living room sofa, chair, tables, TV, free streaming services, plants), but should be nearly done by September 1st (COVID back orders) Your room is spacious with lots of light from two windows.

Everything is included in the rent and should be between 1020 and 1050 depending on the electric bill. The building has laundry down the hall. Amenities include stainless steal appliances, fast Wi-FI, dishwasher, hardwood floors, breakfast bar with chairs, forced air AC and heating and outdoor patio. All the essentials are here as well. The apartment is conveniently situated near downtown Denver, as well as I-25 and I-70. In addition, it is only 1 block from the Light Rail Station. Located in the Historic Five Points area of Denver, the area has historic Victorian houses as well as modern, up-to-date lofts and new housing developments. Being one of the oldest neighborhoods in Denver, the surroundings are full of charm and character. The building has a Walk Score of 91 and with over seventy-five businesses lining Welton Street, just about anything you need is nearby.

Rental Requirements: Just show you can pay rent. I’m gonna be around all the time so I’m sure I could accommodate most viewing times. I do ask that you check out the apartment in person; we’ll social distance and mask up :)

As for me, I’m 28, and just moved to Denver for grad school in recording arts–I’m a musician, audio engineer, and teach private lessons online. I’m very clean, 420 friendly, love skiiing, going out occasionally, good beer, good food, love hiking, and all around consider myself a friendly introverted-extrovert who likes meeting new people. I’m home a lot because of the pandemic so lots of Zoom classes and teaching. I plan on getting a puppy or dog so hopefully you’re an animal lover! Hit me up if you are interested!
