This is a 4bed/4bath female only room. You will have other female roommates. Move-in is scheduled August 14th but I may be able to workout earlier move in with office if necessary. There is currently no security deposit required and I have verified this with the office. I just put the first month’s rent in that section. If you do not have a guarantor you will need to pay first and last month’s rent: $1,358 in total. I will be moving out. One of my roommates remains and there is also a new resident coming in August. My roommate is friendly, likes to cook, is helpful, and loves to have a good time.
