Kayla's room

This townhome is a very spacious 3 bedroom 3.5 bath. The living room and kitchen are very spacious and there is laundry in unit. It is located very close to grocery stores, restaurants and the mall. We are About 5 minutes away from the I-5 and right off the 78. Just 10 minutes from the beach! It’s a very quiet and safe environment with a beautiful pool, gym and has an area to grill if you have guests over. Every room has its own bathroom and one half bath in the living room. Also feel like I should add we have 2 cats so if your dog would try to eat them I don’t think it’s a good fit :(

There is a couple in the master bedroom and one roomie in the Down stairs bedroom. We are all between the ages of 21-25. We are very laid back and clean and would like a roommate that is also respectful and clean. We are very open to sharing supplies as long as we all agree too. We don’t typically mind guests. We tend to have guests over on holidays and weekends(mostly). We would like to meet any potential roommates in person before showing the room to address any questions or concerns. :)
