Amazing sunny bedroom on the second floor. Room is large (I have a queen sized bed) with a great brick accent wall. Laundry in building! 5 min walk to Central ave M. Less than 15 min to Jefferson st L and Myrtle ave JMZ. Close to bars, restaurants and yoga studios. Two grocery stores within a few blocks of the apartment.

Roommates: two females 20s/early 30s, both are working professionals, quiet, respectful and clean. The apartment atmosphere is chill, generally quiet and looked at as a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of the city. I am someone who loves a clean, tidy space. I cook a lot and like a serene environment. This apartment (and the sweet roommates) cater to that well. I also have a lot of plants which flourished in my bedroom. Everything was super convenient from this location, whether I was going to work in the city, heading to a yoga class, or meeting friends at KCBC. This area is fun and has a lot to offer!
