The private floor makes up part of a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom new construction row home which features high end finishing, a rooftop, and a backyard with an organic vegetable and herb garden (Review Floor Plan For Further Details). The home will be shared with the owner who is a young male professional as well as two additional roommates. All common spaces are nicely furnished and will be available to all renters. The location is excellent as you are only a 10 minute MFL ride into center city, and a 15 minute walk into the heart of Fishtown. The home is right across the street from Urban Axes, and only a few minute walk to Martha’s, Monkey Club, Pizza Brain, and Philly Brewing Co.
