Racine's room

It’s good sized 3 bedroom condo, located across the street from Townsend Park. It’s walking distance to a few shopping centers, the Post Office, and Costco. The condo is upstairs and comes with a fireplace for them cold winter’s and a balcony to just chill and enjoy the nice weather.

There are two rooms available, the master bedroom is quite big and has its own bathroom, this room is going for $1300. The smaller bedroom will be sharing the bathroom and is going for $900.

I work full time in sales and marketing so I’m typically gone most of the time Monday - Friday and I work half days on Sat. In all honesty, I’m very laid back, when I’m not working you can catch me hiking in the forest, playing my ukulele, or I’ll be on my motorcycle riding wherever the road takes me. If you like to sleep in, I would suggest looking somewhere else for a room because I am an early bird. I am very personable and I get a long with most people.
