Brandon's room

Hi my name is Brandon Gee and I will be a junior at Chapman this coming semester. Due to the covid outbreak and the complications that have surfaced because of this I have decided to stay home for most of the first semester. However I have a lease signed and a room that I would like to put up for a sub leaser or potential roommate for the coming year. The house if very spacious around 2700 square feet, and you would be sharing it with three great roommates all students at Chapman. If you are to sub lease for the first semester the room would be all yours with a shared bathroom, plenty of closet space and parking on the street and in the driveway/garage. The rent for the whole room would be 975 a month plus utilities which include water, electricity etc. The second option I’m offering up would be a split room and split rent as roommates, now for the first semester you would have the room all to yourself until my parents and I decide it’s a good time for me to move in. For this situation the rent would be split between the two of us which would come out to around 487$ per month however until I move in utilities would be payed for by the residing housemates. Again you would have a shared bathroom, lots of space in the room and parking. If you do attend Chapman University this is a bonus because the house is within five minutes from Campus. The people living in the house currently are three great college students that all attend Chapman University. They are very interested in putting academics first as a priority but also like to be social.
