1 bedroom and bath in a condominium with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms–Utilities and Fios Wifi included.

• MUST PAY FIRST and LAST MONTH RENT TO MOVE IN.

Three primary house rules: No smoking inside the condo, no pets, and shoes must be taken off inside the front door.

RENT INCLUDES:

1. Furnished bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a large closet, a desk, 2 chairs, a small arts & craft drop side table, a sofa chair, a tall slim metal bookcase, and a short short wooden bookcase/nightstand.
2. Bathroom with large step-down-into, sunken, soaking tub with shower.
3. All Utilities (Electric, gas, etc.)
4. Verizon Fios ultra highspeed Wifi
5. Washer/Dryer inside unit
6. Parking Permit for ONE vehicle (strict parking rules - cars without permits or expired registrations can to be towed after 9 pm)

I am a retired gentleman who is fully vaccinated (and boosted). For a while 80 percent of the people lost to Covid were older Americans, with that in mind, I am looking for a housemate who follows basic health protocols.

Also hoping to find someone who understands boundaries and responsibilities for housemates sharing space.

Conveniently located near a large international grocery store and shopping center, 3 bus routes at the entrance to the complex (33, 35, D14). Buses to not come into the complex (3 to 5 minute walk)

Near 495, National Harbor, Old Towne, and Washington DC

The condo complex is in a quiet, safe area.

Current Resident - a quiet, retired professional gentleman – well-traveled (internationally), enjoys music from classical to electronic house, appreciate art, and live entertainment, reads a lot.
