This newly remodeled private bedroom is located about 5 min. away from Westgate/ Tanger Outlets and 2 min. away from the Luke AFB. It’s perfect for a hardworking individual looking for temporary living, but with room to save. There’s a private driveway for parking and a large pool/small park area in the community. The property does have its own yard, but my parents do own 3 dogs (Hence, not being able to allow a new roommate with animals). Children are absolutely welcome, all we ask is that they’re well behaved and clean up after themselves.

An older couple will be living on the property as well. They’re to themselves, quiet, and cleanly. All they ask is that you show the same mannerism.
