Serene oasis in the Valley. This charming 1960s three-bedroom house is tucked away in a sprawling, green neighborhood right off the 405. It has a great layout with an equal amount of indoor and outdoor living spaces. You can start the day with a coffee on the front porch, cook in a full service kitchen, work in the cool comfy living room and end the day with a cocktail on the backyard patio. This is the ideal situation for someone who plans on spending a lot of time at home. (Like we have any other choice right now!)

You’ll be renting a corner room with a lots of light, green outside the windows, a ceiling fan and a mirrored closet.

When you do want to venture out, you’ll be able to drive 20 minutes to Hollywood and 30 minutes to the beach. More locally, there’s tons of shops and restaurants on Ventura Boulevard 10 minutes away and a Target, CVS and Ralphs all within a few minutes.

Utilities: $100 (includes high speed internet, power, water, gas, trash, access to HBO, Netflix, Prime, Disney+ and AppleTV+.)

I spent half my life in Arizona and half in New York City, and have found a happy medium in LA. I work as a producer and video editor for a pop culture publication, and spend my days editing or on set. In my free time I enjoy doing home improvement, watching films, and soaking in the patio drinking margaritas with my adorable girlfriend.

This is an amazing spot to hang with many nice areas to spread out. I am looking for an awesome person to hang with from time to time, while also not be in each-other’s spaces. Hopefully, you’ll be gainfully employed, mature and respectful of the space as well and we’ll have a great time.
