Down to earth,unpretentious couple looking for a cool roomie. Should be clean, respectful, responsible, working, easy to get along with, No Drama, no children, no pets(although we love animals we are a pet free home). There are horses on property though. If you like to garden there is plenty of room to do so. Smoking is OK if done outside. No drugs please. I don’t have “recent” pictures of the room right now (But there are photos) because there is someone in it right now but the room is 14 x 15 ft with a large closet and a large window. Bathroom is a Jack and Jill and has plenty of counter space and will have own medicine cabinet and drawer. Also, deposit is $900 (not 1 1/2 times rent)
