Looking for a responsible adult who is laid back, honest, dependable, and courteous. Preferably who works or goes to school during the day.
Roommates are to pick up after themselves and to help keep common areas clean. The room has access to all common areas of the house, back patio, and huge back yard.
Located in Fort Pierce in a quiet neighborhood directly behind the IRSC college campus. 1 block away.
House is tile throughout, rooms are carpeted.
Room features a queen bed, night table, and dresser, private closet, plantation blinds and will be a shared bathroom.
Easy move-in.
Asking 650 + 600 deposit and rooom includes electric, water, and wifi, use of washer & dryer, and some storage available in the back yard shed.
Great neighborhood, with friendly neighbors. We don’t do drama in this house.
