I have a 2bed/1bath condo 960 sqft in Fair Oaks that will be available for rent soon. The property is located about 5 minutes from I-80 and from Hwy 50 for easy freeway access.

Each room is private and the bathroom is a large shared bathroom. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for tenant convenience.

A housekeeper cleans the the bathroom and common areas once every two weeks and the landlord supplies cleaning products and toiletries for tenants.

The condo is in a nice, quiet community with many residents being of retirement age. The property is gated with pools, tennis courts and a hot tub on the property.

The landlord pays utilities including water. Tenant only has to pay for rent and cable/internet.

Sorry for the quality of the photos. They are old and outdated. The condo has is undergoing some renovation and modernization and will most likely be available August 15th. The renovation features new stainless steel appliances, new hardwood flooring, and a bathroom upgrade.

The property is currently vacant and tenants are welcome to start applying. If you and someone you would like to be roommates with are interested, both bedrooms are available for rent. If you do not have someone in mind to rent with, the first person to sign a lease will have their recommendations for type of roommate taken into consideration.
