Hello! My sister, a friend and I are looking for somebody to fill spot a spot in a 2 Bed 2 Bath apartment on West Bank for this upcoming Fall 2021. There are 4 spots in the apartment so you would be sharing a room with one other person but each room has a bathroom as well as a study. Rent is $539 a month plus electricity. The apartment is right off the green line and a block from a campus circulator stop. This apartment is very much designed for students. Message me for more details!

We are all students at the University of Minnesota so will spend a lot of time studying. We are all friendly, tidy and welcoming! Ideally we are looking for other students or people in the same age range.
