We are moving back home to Arizona to be closer to family and are looking for someone to take over our side of the lease. We understand things are complicated right now and want to make this easiest on everyone involved. If you have any questions feel free to reach out! The original rent is $4300 a month but we are willing to cover the extra cost so we can move back home to be closer to family. So your rent would be $2000. You would be living with our roommate. The house would be available for move in mid September!

The owners remodeled last year right before we moved in! It’s 2 bed 2 bath. It has a two car garage as well as plenty of street parking! Right near the GooglePlex, walking/biking distance, perfect for a Google employee! Safeway is a 5 minute walk from our house! There’s a big deck that is private (neighbors can’t see) and has plenty of space if you wanted a few planters for gardening! Extremely well lit interior that is bright and stays cool all day, and a nice cross breeze with the windows open!

It’s right down the street from an elementary school and a lush grassy park, perfect for walking. Very close (3-5 minute drive or quick bike ride) to downtown Mountain View/Castro St!
