Right across the street from Nova (3 minute walk) and very close to BC. Me and my fiancé are renting out our master bedroom since last tenant moved out. My philosophy is your room is your domain. The pets are all very friendly and accustomed to being around people and animals (: not looking for drama we are busy people hoping for another student. I am a student and work overnight and my fiancé is in graduate school at NSU. The apartment is 2Bdrm/2Bath. Very affordable. Appliances recently replaced include: washing machine, water heater, A/C and dishwasher. The oven is only thing that is semi-old (it’s from the 80s or 90s but it works!)
