SORRY…the room isn’t ready to rent. I don’t want to delete my account, and I can’t just “deactivate” it. I’ll change this when it’s ready. Bright, cheery, large, upstairs bedroom with a private deck/balcony and private bath. The room can be furnished for an additional $100 a month. Dog/Cat considered, but must be socialized, as I have two girl dogs. Extra fees for pet $200 deposit plus $50 a month. Utilities included, FIOS, and DirecTV. Laundry on premises, and kitchen use is fine.

Mature Professional Female with Clearance. I am the owner of the property. I stay to myself a lot, but I am friendly. I’m pretty low key in activities. I don’t go out much, and I’m not a “gym rat”. I am not 4/20 friendly and require that there are no drugs in/at/around the property. Prefer a non-smoker, but outside is OK. Prefer Month-Month to start, so we know if we can get along, then a lease can be talked about.
