Hi Everyone, I am a 30 year old female who is looking for another female identifying roommate to take the spare bedroom in my apartment. The apartment is located in Belmont, roughly a 25 minute drive into Boston. The rent is $2200 a month. You would pay $1100 a month. For utilities we pay the electric and internet, about $80 a month on average. The apartment is available starting on September 1st with a possibility for early move in. It is a 12 month lease beginning on September 1st. The features of the apartment are as follows: Furnished with the exception of your bedroom Dishwasher Air Conditioning All new appliances including a built in microwave Laundry on site (one floor below us) Private bedroom Shared Bathroom Hardwood Floors Plenty of free parking A park directly behind the buildings parking lot Grocery Store at the end of the street (Star Market) A movie theater a ten minute walk down the street (currently closed due to COVID-19) Right off of Trapello Road, a main road in Belmont with plenty of shops and restaraunts 25 minute drive into Boston A stop for the commuter rail located at the end of the street (a direct 16 minute trip into Boston North Station, an 8 minute trip into Porter Square) A stop for the bus at the end of the street (the bus goes right into Harvard Square and drops you off at the red line) 15 minute drive into Harvard Square Access to my DVD/Bluray collection as well as my subscriptions to Netflix, Hulu, HBO, STARZ, and Disney+ My very sweet and cuddly cat (The lease only allows for one cat and no dogs so no other pets please!) I am an avid musical theater fan. I am huge reader. I love to curl up after work with a good book or to watch a tv show. I have a very sweet cat who spends most of his time cuddled with me.
