𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲: A private room in a 4-bedroom house starting SEPTEMBER 1st, 2020. SUITABLE FOR A SINGLE OCCUPANT ONLY (Not for couples or families with children.)

𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁: $1,500 (includes last month’s rent) 𝗥𝗲𝗻𝘁: $750 includes all utilities.

𝗟𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: 3 months upfront. After 3 months converts to monthly agreement.

𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Guest bathroom is spacious. Has 2 sinks. 1 will be yours.

• Bedroom: The room is very cozy with a queen bed, nightstand, dresser and a closet. It has a lock and a key. Locks from both inside and outside. One set of bed sheets provided.

• Living room: Has 2 sectionals. Tons of space to curl up. There is a large smart TV that can be shared.

• Kitchen: You can use the entire kitchen with all appliances, gadgets, plates, etc. as long as you leave everything clean afterwards.

• Dance / Workout room: Next to kitchen is a large studio with mirrors. This studio is used for business purposes; dance classes and rehearsals for practice and group classes. However, when made available you may use this space to workout, stretch and exercise there. There are NO workout machines, but some other equipment is available like BOSU balls, stretch bands, a yoga trapeze and a ballet bar. The area is closed with curtains when activity is taking place.

• Craft / office room: One of the rooms is a craft room/office. This space can be shared when it is not in use. There is a desk, printer, laptop and a craft armoire with sewing machine.

• Backyard: Super cute and cozy. This is a shared space. NO POOL. There is a sectional for outdoor furniture and metal table and chairs.

• Parking: You can park in front of the house on the street. There are no limitations to parking on the street such as street cleaning at any time. Driveway and garage currently reserved by homeowners.

• Storage space: You will be assigned cabinet and fridge space in the kitchen. There is an assigned cabinet and storage in bathroom, too.

IMPORTANT NOTE: There are 3 children (ages 12, 11 & 5) in the house every other weekend. Their room is next to your room. Also, there is a pet cat and a snake (in its terrarium).

House Rules:

• No street shoes inside the house. All guests remove shoes, too.
• Quiet hours after 11 pm.
• No deep-frying foods in the kitchen.
• This place is not suitable for smokers, children, or pets.
• In winters AC stays at 73F and in summers at 78F.
• Other than these basic rules, there are extended rules and guidelines that need to be agreed upon signing when the lease agreement. Privacy and security of the entire household are a PRIORITY. We ask you treat this space like your own home; take out the trash, keep it clean by vacuuming and tidying the common areas of use.
