Hailey's room

Room in gated community with pool, park, and small gym onsite. There is a garage if you’d like to share or outdoor parking as well. Room is downstairs with bathroom right next to it. You would need to furnish it as the current bed is being taken out. Dining, kitchen and living room are shared spaces but upstairs would be my private space with the exception of laundry. I have a 9 month old son so be aware that there is some noise from him. I also have 3 friendly dogs who bark at the doorbell. Very close to bus lines, groceries and the 215. Would have to pass background by me and credit check by my landlord.

I’m a single mother raising a 9 month old with the help of his four legged brothers and sister. Shared custody of the kiddo and visits often from his sister. 420 friendly as long as it’s outside the house. I’m a bartender and gym nut. Not the most social person but I’m very friendly!
