About the room
We’re looking for a 3rd roommate in our BIG 3-floor apartment. You’ll get your own floor!
You’ll be a getting a huge king-size bedroom with double closet, your own living room area (with another double closet), and your own half bathroom. You’ll even have a separate entrance to the apartment just for you. You’ll also have control of your own AC and heat. You’ll share a full kitchen (with dishwasher) and a full bathroom on the main floor. That’s it. Shared utilities typically cost about $50-70/person (includes internet)
The building has a shared rooftop, laundry room, and bike storage.
About the roomies
We’re 1 male and 1 female that both work in tech and working from home right now. We’re very laid back and considerate of each other. As for Covid, we always wash our hands when coming into the apartment and avoid public crowds and whatnot.
