I have a newly furnished bright and sunny townhome with all new appliances. Located off Via De La Valle about 2 miles towards Rancho Santa Fe. Non smoking a must. No drugs. No Pets or Children. Must love dogs! Seeking somoeone very clean and very responsible, outgoing with fun personality, perferably someone over 30yrs old with full time job (1yr min) and hobbies!! Rent includes ALL amenities, wifi, movie channels, netflix, cable. Includes house cleaner 2x a month. There’s a new washer and dryer, street parking and garage space. Within walking to a new shopping plaza being built 2 blocks away and Morgan Run Golf Club and Fairbanks Country Club! A private pool/ jacuzzi. 5 fwy and Del Mar race track only minutes away. Serious inquiries only. Room is furnished with brand new queen memory foam mattress and frame with 2 dressers and a night stand and TV. But can be rented unfurnished. Good credit a plus, I do run a credit report with submitted application.
