Females only at this time please. Strong preference given to traveling healthcare workers or other traveling professionals who need short term housing. Must have verifiable employment, rental references, and be able to pass a criminal background check. (Background check waived for healthcare workers since you have to pass those for work.)

I am renting out my home by the room. There are 3 rooms at different prices, the other is currently rented. This is a dog friendly property (small to small-medium sized dogs), including a fenced in back yard and a SMALL doggie door that does not compromise the house’s security. It is not owner occupied but there is a local property manager for maintenance, for giving you your keys etc, and for weekly cleaning of the common areas. The common areas: lightly stocked fully functional kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, dishsoap, and a few basic spices are included), dining room, living room, laundry room (laundry detergent is provided), a fully enclosed back porch, and a lovely fairly private fenced in backyard. Includes wifi and all utilities. Another special feature of this property is that each bedroom will have a keyed lock for your safety and security since you will be living with strangers. All basic amenities are within walking distance and the local library is only 1 residential block away.

$200 deposit plus $300 pet deposit if applicable. I do not charge any additional rent for pets. Pets will be approved on a case by case basis.

Garage parking (attached) is available for $50/mo (first come, first served), and there are 2 locked storage areas available for rent as well ($25/mo each).

You will have 2 housemates. Both female. There are currently 2 small (quiet and friendly) dogs who live here as well. I usually rent to travel nurses who stay for 1-3 months so the exact details of who you are living with changes often. Also, since travel nurses work night shift more often than not, we keep this a pretty quiet household so that all of you are getting enough sleep when you might all be on different sleeping schedules. I’m the owner and I’m not usually local since I’m a travel nurse. I do have living space for myself in the basement for the rare occasions when I’m in town but mostly it’s simply where I store my stuff.
