I’m moving and looking for someone to sublease my room through 8/31/2021 in my Brighton apartment right in Cleveland Circle. The apartment is 2 bedroom, 1 bath, has a big living room space, a great kitchen, storage space, AND a small patio space! No pets, unfortunately.

The room is $975/month; heat and hot water included. Internet, electricity, & gas usually around $75 per person/month. The room itself is a 12x10 space, sunny, and can be either furnished or unfurnished (bed, dresser, desk, nightstand) Up to you! Other amenities:

• Washer/dryer in the building
• Dishwasher/disposal -FREE Street parking (has both resident and non-resident spaces)
• 5 minute walk to both the C & B line; 8 minute walk to D line

More details on your potential roommate: I’m a 30 year old woman entering grad school full-time in September for a Master’s in Urban Planning at Tufts. I’ve lived in this apartment for 3 years (I love it here!) and am looking for a roommate who is considerate, tidy, friendly, and laid back. I like to cook and hike, I have a lot of houseplants, and (pre-pandemic) I spent a lot of time outside of the apartment. I am taking COVID-19 seriously and I expect you to as well.
