Private living space, 1 bedroom and bath with Jacuzzi tub, separate entrance, micro fridge and coffee. Was our former AirbNB rental pre-Covid! Utilities, WiFi and laundry included. Shared kitchen. Seeking @20hrs week child care assistance for 7 & 10 year old girls during remote school time, as well as additional structure and activities. Rent (valued at $750) will compensate, as well as additional payment per hour based on hours agreed.
Non smoking, LGBTQ friendly, dog friendly. We live in a beautiful neighborhood 3 miles from Biltmore Village. Off street parking.
COVID requirement: As a member of our household, we require agreement to follow social distance guidelines and wear a mask outside of our home when unable to maintain 6ft distance from others (as we do!)
