We’re looking for someone to fill a soon-to-be-vacant room in our cozy 3 BR apartment, starting May 1st. Room is roughly 8 feet x 12 feet. The room will come unfurnished but the entire apartment is filled with stuff that you’re welcome to use (projector, tons of kitchen appliances, small bar area, books, board games, etc..) The apartment has been recently renovated and is on the top floor of a three story walk up with roof access that has nice view of Manhattan skyline. Apartment is located in the heart of the booming Bushwick art community with tons of restaurants, supermarkets, laundromats, galleries, music venues, etc…

It’s a 6 min walk to Dekalb L stop or 8 min walk to Myrtle/Wyckoff M/L station. It’s 10 min walk to Jefferson L stop. It’s only 20 minutes to get into the city on the L train! Convenient for manhattan commuters.

We are looking for a roommate who is respectful of communal spaces, likes dogs (we have two), and is generally easygoing like the rest of us here. We are professionals in our late 20’s who mostly keep to ourselves, but will occasionally hang out in the common areas.

The roommates: Roommate 1 (Maria) works in fashion industry, has sweet dog named Chloe Roommate 2 (Matt) works in mental health field and is a student, barely home Roommate 3 (Natasha) is an art therapist, (Matt & Natasha have a dog named Xavier)

The room is $950 a month, not including utilities (gas, electricity, internet), which would be an additional 60/65 a month. In addition, we ask for an $950 security deposit and ask you to sign sublet roommate agreement.
