The Summit

Great room with private bath in the Summit of Athens. Located about 2 miles from campus and close to lots of great restaurants and grocery stores. The neighborhood is gated and comes with tons of amenities. The house is conveniently located right across the street from the pool, leasing office, and mailboxes. I’m having to move out due to a family emergency and need to find someone to sublease this room to. Sorry for having no photos of the room, my room is filled with boxes. You can check out The Summits website to see some pictures of the neighborhood and view all the amenities available. The floor plan for this house is called the “Sequoyah” as well.

There is a very nice, respectful couple living there that stay to themselves and love cook really great food (they’re always down to let you try their food!!!). They’re super easy to get along with and live with.
